Your day by day program
Once in Bastia, you will start your journey by discovering the Cape of Corsica. First, you will ride up the beautiful rolling hills of the North, and then stop at the ports of Erbalunga and Maccinaggio on the East Coast, before riding through the Cape of Corsica. After reaching Barcaggio, the most northern village in Corsica, and exploring its hidden treasures, you will ride westwards along the road to Centuri – where you can find best crayfish in France – and get to discover magnificent coves. You will also have the choice to stop in Canari or Albo for a while, before setting off to Nonza, a town famous for both its Torra Paolina (Paolin Tower) and its black-pebble beach. Finally, the road will take you to Patrimonio, the capital of Corsican wine, before reaching St Florent and its white sandy beaches.
Today’s stage will lead you to go through the Désert des Agriates, a magnificent protected nature reserve. On the way there, you will get to see stunning landscapes and ride on many fantastic winding roads. Charming secret mountain roads will quickly unravel before your very eyes, as you catch sight of olive groves, cactus trees, and Barbary figs. You will then get to explore authentic and enchanting little villages where cows wander freely across the roads; and, on your way to Balagne at sunset, the landscape will become a true feast for the eyes, as it will slowly change into a lunar spectacle. You will then stop for a while in Belgodere, in front of a picturesque little church, before setting off to the Route des Artisans (Road of the Craftsmen). Finally, you will ride through more enchanting little villages, perched on mountainsides, in the direction of Calvi and Porto via the Scandola Nature Reserve.
Distance: approximately 150km or 180km if you wish to ride through the Balagne's hilltop villages.
Today’s trip will take you to the most beautiful beaches that the island has to offer. You will also ride through Porto and the majestic Calanches de Piana. Next, you will take the road to Cargese and ‘climb’ the forest of Aïtone before reaching the Col de Verghio and the Niolu region.
You will spend the night in a two star hotel in Calacuccia.
Distance: approximately 160km.
The itinerary may seem like an unusual one, but it will guarantee you a great ride through one of the island’s most beautiful roads and authentic hamlets. In the morning, you will go to the magnificent Scala di Santa Regina which will take you to the borders of Corte, the former capital of Corsica. From there, you will take a ride down to the East Coast and the ancient town of Aléria, where you will be able to try local food on a floating restaurant at Urbino Lake. Finally, you will return to your gîte in Zicavo and get to climb the Inzecca Gorge.
You will have dinner and spend the night in a gîte d'étape in Zicavo.
Distance: approximately 150km.
On the fifth day of the tour, you will go to Ajaccio, ‘the imperial city’, in order to admire the stunning landscapes of the West Coast. You will then ride through the bays of Valinco and Ajaccio. Along the way, you will come across splendid coastal villages, such as Coti Chiavari and Porto Pollo, where you will have several opportunities to go for a swim in the local meandering rivers.
You will spend the night in Porto Pollo.
Distance: approximately 140km.
Today, you will get to discover the treasures of the Great South. You will leave Olmeto and take the road to Sartène, a town which perfectly captures the essence of Corsican landscape and culture. You will then continue your journey by riding through Roccapina in order to reach Bonifacio and its famous chalk cliffs. Finally, you will explore Porto Vecchio and the forest of Ospédale, in a traditional hotel in Zonza.

Distance: approximately 130km.
For this part of the tour, you will have the choice to either explore the villages of the Alta Rocca region – such as Santa Lucia di Tallano, Quenza, Aullène, Levi and the archeological site of Cucuruzzu – or to go to one of Porto Vecchio’s beaches.
You will spend the night in the same hotel as the previous night.
Distance: approximately 70km.
During today’s trip, you will ride along the Needles of Bavella and will have the opportunity to stop in Solenzara and go for a swim in one of the island’s natural pools. You will then travel across the plains in order to explore the seaside resort of Moriani.

Clients feedback

Hello,
Here are our impressions of our trip "Tour de Corse motorcycle" from July 4 to 14.
Routes were perfect, the roads very well adapted to motorcycle drive, with stunning scenery, impeccable timing, leaving us time for visits.
The accommodations were great with a plus for Porto with swimming pool (after a day of bike it's very nice), a very large room with balcony and garden. A little less for the hotel in Corte (outdated room). Employers to Burgo super nice (aperitif and digestif offered), excellent and abundant food!
In conclusion, we are very, very pleased with your services, all met our expectations and we will certainly recommend you to our many biker friends.
